Linda is available to speak to parents - heart to heart - about the importance of connecting with and staying connected to teens. Her workshop can be scheduled during school, community or parish events. Each workshop takes approximately one hour. Linda begins with a 30 minute presentation on why its important it connect with teens followed by a Q&A session. She concludes the workshop with another 30 minute description of her program - Daughters Forever, Sons Forever and how to incorporate the program into your home.
During this time Linda offers advise to parents on how to start the program, when to listen and watch the CD's or DVD's, when to complete the workbooks, how to "opt out" their teens from school-based health and sexuality courses without losing credits and replacing it with this program. Tips on grading, pledging and discussions are also included. Linda also explains what to do when the program is complete, and how to use the certificates and the teen pledge. Her books and materials can also be purchased on site.
